Integration with Magento

Integrating Magento with ForesightAI is a straightforward process, but you need to do it with caution and step-by-step. Bellow, we go through the process step by step.

What needs to be done - top-level points

• You'll need an ForesightAI account - you can create a new one (free trial) here

• You'll need to log in to your Magento account

• You'll need to insert Magento shop URL and Access API Token to the ForesightAI app

Step by step guide

1. Go to System -> Integrations Menu.
   
   

2. Click add new integration to open a new integration form.
   
   

3. Enter the required information.

   • In the Name field, enter the integration name (for example: ForesightAI integration) as in the picture above

   • In the Email field, enter the contact email address

   • In the panel on the left, choose API, do the following:

4. Grant access to the API resources.
   
   

5. In the Resource Access field, choose All

6. Save to create a new consumer public & secret keys for integration.

7. Activate integration for creating an access token for the external application.
   
   After activating, we can see the integration detail in the picture below.
   
   

8. Copy Access Token and Paste your Access Token and your Shop URL into ForesightAI app, click Connect and then have a cup of coffee, we do the rest.
   
   

That's all that needs to be done. After the connection is set up please allow up to several hours before your data actually appears in the ForesightAI app. Basically, we need to import your data and calculate sales forecasts and optimum purchase order proposals. This is a large computation operation and takes some time. Once ForesightAI will be ready you'll receive an email.
